Converted Water Tower (BE)

The Water Tower featured in the 100th episode of the Grand Designs television programme and was nominated for a BAFTA in 2013. This Grade II listed Victorian Tower was built on the site of a former workhouse in Kennington, south London boasting 360 degree views of London.

The conversion of this Venetian style water tower encompasses 5 bedrooms, each with a different themes. The tower has an extension, nick named The Cube, which houses the kitchen and reception room, as well as providing roof space for a fabulous terrace with skyline views. The Prospect Room at the top of the tower, in what was the original water tank, is the crowning glory of this monumental conversion.

Attention to detail in the entire property has been carefully considered by interior designer Sue Timney.
